facility
(1) For the purposes
of section 52 of the Act, smoking is banned in all public areas—
(a)
within an education and children's services facility; or
(b)
within 10 m of the boundary of an education and children's services
facility.
(2) In this
regulation—
"education and children's services facility" means—
(a)
premises where services of a kind to which the Education and Care Services
National Law (South Australia) applies are provided; or
(b)
premises occupied by a children's services centre, a Government preschool, a
Government school or a non-Government school all within the meaning of the
Education and Children's Services Act 2019 .
