South Australian Current Regulations South Australian Current Regulations21—Certain prescribed employees subject to Public Service conditions
If the chief executive appoints a prescribed employee to a position the duties
of which do not, in the chief executive's opinion, justify the employee
working normal hours and taking the recreation leave and non-attendance days
that would otherwise apply, the chief executive may declare that the employee
is subject to the hours of work, recreation leave, non-attendance days and
overtime applicable to Public Service employees.
