63—Compulsory medical examination of prescribed employee
(1) A prescribed
employee must, if required to do so by the chief executive, submit himself or
herself to examination by a legally qualified medical practitioner selected by
the chief executive.
(2) The chief
executive must, before making a requirement under subregulation (1),
consult with the President of the Union.
(3) If a medical
examination is required in respect of a prescribed employee under
subregulation (1)—
(a) the
examination must be at the expense of TAFE SA; and
(b) the
medical practitioner conducting the examination must, if so required by the
employee or a member of the employee's family, consult with some other medical
practitioner nominated by the employee or member of the employee's family.
