WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS 2012 - REG 111

111—Licence holder to return licence document

A licence holder, on receiving a notice under regulation 109, must return the licence document to the regulator in accordance with the notice.

Maximum penalty:

            (a)         In the case of an individual—$1 250.

            (b)         In the case of a body corporate—$6 000.

Expiation fee:

            (a)         In the case of an individual—$144.

            (b)         In the case of a body corporate—$720.
