manufacture plant
A manufacturer must not supply plant specified in Part 1 of
Schedule 5 unless the design of that plant is registered under
Chapter 5 Part 3.
Maximum penalty:
(a) In
the case of an individual—$6 000.
(b) In
the case of a body corporate—$30 000.
