South Australian Current Regulations South Australian Current Regulations278—Registration continues in force until application is decided
If a registration holder applies under regulation 277 for the renewal of
a registration, the registration is taken to continue in force from the day it
would, apart from this regulation, have ended until the registration holder is
given notice of the decision on the application.
