386—Regulator may cancel authorisation
The regulator may cancel an authorisation to use, handle or store a prohibited
carcinogen or restricted carcinogen given under regulation 384 if
satisfied that—
(a) the
person granted the authorisation has not complied with a condition on the
authorisation; or
(b) the
risk to the health or safety of a worker that may be affected by using,
handling or storing the carcinogen has changed since the authorisation was
granted.
Note—
A decision to cancel an authorisation is a reviewable decision (see
regulation 676).
