626—Duty to provide information to mine operator of adjoining mine
The mine operator of a mine must as soon as practicable, on request, provide
to the mine operator of any adjoining mine any information that the mine
operator has about conditions at the mine or any activities or proposed
activities at the mine that could create a risk to the health and safety of
persons at the adjoining mine.
Maximum penalty:
(a) in
the case of an individual—$3 600;
(b) in
the case of a body corporate—$18 000.
