63—Application to emergency service workers

Regulations 67 and 68 do not apply to the entry into a confined space by an emergency service worker if, at the direction of the emergency service organisation, the worker is—

            (a)         rescuing a person from the space; or

            (b)         providing first aid to a person in the space.
