South Australian Current Regulations South Australian Current Regulations655—Review of ventilation control plan
The mine operator of an underground mine must ensure that a ventilation
control plan is reviewed and as necessary revised if a risk control measure
specified in the plan is revised under regulation 38 or 618.
Maximum penalty:
(a) in
the case of an individual—$6 000;
(b) in
the case of a body corporate—$30 000.
