(1) The mine operator
of a mine must keep a copy of the emergency plan at the mine.
Maximum penalty:
(a) in
the case of an individual—$3 600;
(b) in
the case of a body corporate—$18 000.
(2) The mine operator
must ensure that a copy of the emergency plan is available on request to any
emergency service organisation consulted under regulation 665(1)(a).
Maximum penalty:
(a) in

the case of a body corporate—$18 000.
