675N—Duty to give health monitoring report to worker
The mine operator of a mine must take all reasonable steps to ensure that a
worker at the mine who is provided with health monitoring is given a copy of
the health monitoring report as soon as practicable after the monitoring is
carried out.
Maximum penalty:
(a) in
the case of an individual—$6 000;
(b) in
the case of a body corporate—$30 000.
