South Australian Current Regulations South Australian Current Regulations686—High risk work licence—exemption
(1) The regulator may
exempt a person or class of persons from compliance with a provision of these
regulations requiring the person or class of persons to hold a high risk work
licence.
(2) The exemption may
be granted on the written application of any person concerned.
Note—
A decision to refuse to grant an exemption is a reviewable decision (see
regulation 676).
