WATER INDUSTRY REGULATIONS 2012 - REG 40

40—General penalty

A person who contravenes or fails to comply with a provision of these regulations for which a specific penalty is not provided is guilty of an offence.

Maximum penalty: $10 000.

Expiation fee: $315.
