AQUACULTURE (MISCELLANEOUS) AMENDMENT ACT 2012 (NO 27 OF 2012) - SECT 2

2—Commencement

        (1)         Subject to subsection (2), this Act comes into operation on the day on which it is assented to by the Governor.

        (2)         Part 2 and Schedule 1 Part 2 and Part 3 will come into operation on a day to be fixed by proclamation.
