AQUACULTURE (MISCELLANEOUS) AMENDMENT ACT 2012 (NO 27 OF 2012) - SECT 40

40—Amendment of section 60—Appeals

        (1)         Section 60(1)—delete "under Part 7" wherever occurring

        (2)         Section 60—after subsection (1) insert:

        (1a)         However, there is no right of appeal in relation to an application for a production lease or a corresponding licence if the application is made in response to a public call for applications and the application was not an application determined by the Minister under this Act to be a preferred application (see section 35(8)).

        (3)         Section 60(3)—delete "under Part 7" and substitute:

that may be the subject of an appeal
