AQUACULTURE (MISCELLANEOUS) AMENDMENT ACT 2012 (NO 27 OF 2012) - SECT 42

42—Amendment of section 65—Membership of AAC

        (1)         Section 65(1)—delete "10 members" and substitute:

11 members

        (2)         Section 65(1)—after paragraph (c) insert:

            (ca)         1 must be a person engaged in the administration of the Harbors and Navigation Act 1993 nominated by the Minister responsible for the administration of that Act; and
