ADOPTION (REVIEW) AMENDMENT ACT 2016 (NO 64 OF 2016) - SECT 18

18—Amendment of section 25—Guardianship of child awaiting adoption

Section 25(4)—delete subsection (4) and substitute:

        (4)         This section does not apply to—

            (a)         a child who is under the guardianship of the Minister; or

            (b)         a child who is aged 18 years or more.
