23—Amendment of section 29—Negotiation for adoption

        (1)         Section 29(1), penalty provision—delete the penalty provision and substitute:

Maximum penalty: $20 000 or imprisonment for 2 years.

        (2)         Section 29(2)(a)—delete "cohabiting" and substitute:

living together

        (3)         Section 29(2)(a)—delete "marriage relationship" and substitute:

qualifying relationship
