ADOPTION (REVIEW) AMENDMENT ACT 2016 (NO 64 OF 2016) - SECT 7

7—Amendment of section 8—General power of Court

Section 8(1)—delete "orders for the adoption of children." and substitute:

an order for the adoption of a child—

            (a)         who is less than 18 years of age on the date on which the application for the order is made; or

            (b)         who is aged 18 years or more on that date.
