Act, a person will not be registered on the register of architects, nor will a
person's registration on that register be reinstated, until the registration
or reinstatement fee, and the annual fee, fixed under this Act have been paid.
(2) A
registered architect must, in each calendar year before the date fixed for
that purpose by the Board—
(a) pay
to the Board the annual fee fixed under this Act; and
(b)
furnish the Board with a return in a form approved by the Board containing
information required by the Board.
(3) The Board may,
without further notice, remove from the register of architects a person who
fails to pay the annual fee or furnish the required return by the due date.
