South Australian Numbered Acts South Australian Numbered Acts (1) Subject to this
Act, a body corporate or partnership will not be registered on the
register of architectural businesses, nor will the registration of a body
corporate or partnership be reinstated, until the registration fee or
reinstatement fee, and the annual fee, fixed under this Act have been paid.
(2) A
registered architectural business must, in each calendar year before the date
fixed for that purpose by the Board—
(a) pay
to the Board the annual fee fixed under this Act; and
(b)
furnish the Board with a return in a form approved by the Board containing
information required by the Board.
(3) The Board may,
without further notice, remove from the register of architectural businesses a
body corporate or partnership that fails to pay the annual fee or furnish the
required return by the due date.
