43—Cause for disciplinary action
(1) There is proper
cause for disciplinary action against a person who is a registered architect
if—
(a) the
person's registration was improperly obtained; or
(b) the
person is guilty of unprofessional conduct; or
(c) the
person is for any reason no longer a fit and proper person to be registered on
the register of architects.
(2) There is proper
cause for disciplinary action against a body corporate, or the partners in a
partnership, that is a registered architectural business if—
(a) the
registration of the body corporate or partnership was improperly obtained; or
(b) the
body corporate or a partner in the partnership has contravened or failed to
comply with—
(i)
a provision of this Act; or
(ii)
a code of conduct prepared or endorsed by the Board.
