South Australian Numbered Acts South Australian Numbered Acts46—Obligation to report unprofessional conduct of architect
(1) If a person who
provides services through the instrumentality of a registered architect is of
the opinion that the architect has engaged in unprofessional conduct, the
person must submit a written report to the Board setting out the person's
reasons for that opinion and any other information required by the
regulations.
Maximum penalty: $10 000.
(2) The Board must
cause a report made under this section to be investigated.
