South Australian Numbered Acts South Australian Numbered Acts (1) The
Adelaide Park Lands Authority is established.
(2) The Authority will
be taken to be a subsidiary of the Adelaide City Council under Chapter 4
Part 1 Division 3 of the Local Government Act 1999 (and, except to the
extent that a matter is dealt with by this Act, or except to the extent of any
inconsistency with this Act, the provisions of that Act, insofar as they apply
to council subsidiaries, will apply to the Authority).
