South Australian Numbered Acts South Australian Numbered Acts(1) The Council may, from time to time, determine that a member of the Council be remunerated.
(2) A determination under subsection (1)
may fix different amounts of remuneration for different members of the Council according to the office held by the member or any other factor the Council considers relevant.
(3) Section 24
does not apply in relation to the making of a determination under this section.
