ADELAIDE UNIVERSITY ACT 2023 (NO 32 OF 2023) - SECT 51

51—Indemnities

The University must indemnify and keep indemnified—

            (a)         each member of the Council; and

            (b)         any member of a board or committee constituted or appointed by the Council,

against all actions or claims (whether arising during or after the term of office of that member) in respect of any act or thing done or omitted to be done in good faith in the performance or exercise or purported performance or exercise of any function or power conferred by or under this Act—

            (c)         on the Council, board or committee; or

            (d)         on any member of the Council, board or committee.
