South Australian Numbered Acts South Australian Numbered Acts(1) The parties may appear or act in person, or may be represented by another person of their choice, in any oral hearings under section 24.
(2) A person who is not admitted to practise as a legal practitioner in South Australia does not commit an offence under or breach the provisions of the Legal Practitioners Act 1981 or any other Act merely by representing a party in arbitral proceedings in this State.
