CRIMINAL ASSETS CONFISCATION ACT 2005 (NO 19 OF 2005) - SECT 167

167—Immunity from liability

No liability attaches to—

            (a)         a financial institution; or

            (b)         an officer, employee or agent of the institution,

in relation to any action taken by the institution or person in complying with a monitoring order or in the mistaken belief that action was required under the order.
