South Australian Numbered Acts South Australian Numbered Acts206—Discharge of pecuniary penalty orders and literary proceeds orders
If the Administrator pays the Crown, in accordance with a direction under this
Subdivision, an amount of money equal to—
(a) the
penalty amount under a pecuniary penalty order made against a person; or
(b) the
amount to be paid under a literary proceeds order made against a person,
that money must be dealt with as required by section 209 and the
person’s liability under a pecuniary penalty order or literary proceeds
order (as the case requires) is discharged.
