CHIROPRACTIC AND OSTEOPATHY PRACTICE ACT 2005 (NO 30 OF 2005) - SECT 48

48—Variation or revocation of conditions of registration

        (1)         The Board may, at any time, on application by a registered person, vary or revoke a condition imposed by the Board on the person's registration under this Act.

        (2)         The Registrar, the Minister and representative bodies are entitled to appear and be heard on an application under this section.
