CHIROPRACTIC AND OSTEOPATHY PRACTICE ACT 2005 (NO 30 OF 2005) - SECT 62

62—Registered person must report medical unfitness to Board

If a registered person becomes aware that he or she is or may be medically unfit to provide chiropractic or osteopathy, the registered person must immediately give written notice of that fact to the Board.

Maximum penalty: $10 000.
