4—Amendment of section 3—Interpretation

        (1)         Section 3(1), definition of "reportable death", (f)(iii)—after " Mental Health Act 1993

" insert:

or the Mental Health Act 2009

        (2)         Section 3—after subsection (2) insert:

        (3)         For the purposes of this Act, a reference to the circumstances of an event may be taken to include matters related to or arising out of the event or its aftermath.
