CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE (OVERSIGHT AND ADVOCACY BODIES) ACT 2016 (NO 48 OF 2016) - SECT 39

39—Reporting obligations

        (1)         The Committee must, at the request of the Minister, provide a report to the Minister on the performance of its functions or on any other matter specified by Minister.

        (2)         The Committee must, on or before 31 October in each year, report to the Minister on the performance of its functions during the preceding financial year.

        (3)         The Minister must, within 6 sitting days after receiving a report under subsection (2)

, have copies of the report laid before both Houses of Parliament.
