CITRUS INDUSTRY ACT 2005 (NO 42 OF 2005) - SECT 13

13—Delegation

        (1)         The Board may delegate a function or power of the Board under this Act (except a prescribed function or power) to—

            (a)         a member of the Board; or

            (b)         a committee of the Board.

        (2)         A delegation under this section—

            (a)         must be by instrument in writing; and

            (b)         may be absolute or conditional; and

            (c)         does not derogate from the power of the Board to act in any matter; and

            (d)         is revocable at will.
