South Australian Numbered Acts South Australian Numbered Acts24—Liability of members of bodies corporate
(1) If a body
corporate commits an offence against this Act, each member of the body
corporate is, subject to the general defence under this Part, guilty of an
offence and liable to the same penalty as is fixed for the principal offence.
(2) A member of a body
corporate may be prosecuted and convicted of an offence under this section
whether or not the body corporate has been prosecuted or convicted of the
offence committed by the body corporate.
