CROWN LAND MANAGEMENT ACT 2009 (NO 20 OF 2009) - SECT 77

77—Protection from personal liability

        (1)         A person engaged in the administration of this Act incurs no civil liability for an act or omission in good faith in the exercise or discharge, or purported exercise or discharge, of a power, function or duty under this Act.

        (2)         A liability that would, but for subsection (1), lie against the person, lies instead against the Crown.

        (3)         This section does not prejudice rights of action of the Crown in respect of an act or omission not in good faith.
