CORRECTIONAL SERVICES (PAROLE) AMENDMENT ACT 2005 (NO 46 OF 2005) - SECT 16

16—Amendment of section 85D—Release of information to registered victims etc

Section 85D(2)(a)—delete paragraph (a) and substitute:

            (a)         a registered victim in relation to an offence for which the prisoner is imprisoned; or
