DUST DISEASES ACT 2005 (NO 78 OF 2005) - SECT 6

6—Transfer of actions to the District Court

A dust disease action commenced in the Magistrates Court or the Supreme Court before the commencement of this Act will, on application by any party, be transferred to the District Court.
