54—Review of registration

        (1)         The Board must review the registration of registered schools in accordance with any requirements set out in the regulations.

        (2)         The Governor may only make regulations for the purposes of subsection (1) on the recommendation of the Board.

        (3)         Without limiting section 36, the Board must give a registered school at least 21 days notice of a proposed review under this section.
