EDUCATION AND EARLY CHILDHOOD SERVICES (REGISTRATION AND STANDARDS) ACT 2011 (NO 46 OF 2011) - SECT 56

56—Records to be kept by registered schools

        (1)         A registered school must keep the following records in relation to the provision of education services by the school:

            (a)         in relation to education services provided before the commencement of this section—any records required to be kept under section 72N of the Education Act 1972 (as in force immediately before the commencement of this section);

            (b)         in relation to education services provided after the commencement of this section—the records required by the regulations.

        (2)         The records required to be kept under subsection (1) must be retained in accordance with any requirement set out in the regulations.
