FIRE AND EMERGENCY SERVICES ACT 2005 (NO 40 OF 2005) - SECT 67

67—SACFS regions

The Chief Officer may, by notice in the Gazette—

            (a)         declare any part of the country to be an SACFS region;

            (b)         assign a name to any such region;

            (c)         vary or revoke any such notice.
