12—Amendment of section 70—Command structure

        (1)         Section 70(3)—before "brigades" insert:

SACFS

        (2)         Section 70—after subsection (7) insert:

        (7a)         The regulations may make any provision with respect to the eligibility of employees of SACFS to be elected to an office.
