        (1)         Section 82(2)(a)—delete "a fire" and substitute:

or maintain a fire (whether or not pursuant to a permit under section 81)

        (2)         Section 82(2)(b)—after "lighted" insert:

        (3)         Section 82(2)—after "lighting" insert:
