10—Amendment of section 10—Criterion 3—Applicant (or applicant's spouse etc) must not have received earlier grant

        (1)         Section 10(1)—after "an applicant" insert:

for a first home owner grant

        (2)         Section 10(3)—after "An applicant" insert:

for a first home owner grant
