South Australian Numbered Acts South Australian Numbered Acts(1) If there are reasonable grounds to believe that a person is about to contravene or to fail to comply with a provision of a gambling Act or a condition of a licence or authorisation under a gambling Act, the Court has jurisdiction to order the person to refrain from the contravention or non-compliance.
(2) A person who contravenes or fails to comply with an order under subsection (1) commits a contempt of the Court.
