5—Amendment of section 12—Financial management

        (1)         Section 12(1)—after "management and" insert:

, having regard to the nature of the captive insurance function of the Authority,

        (2)         Section 12—after subsection (2) insert:

        (3)         Subsection (2) does not apply to funds related to the captive insurance function of the Authority.
