Section 68(2) to (5)—delete subsections (2) to (5) and substitute:
(2) Subsection (1)
does not apply to—
(a) an
agreement or arrangement providing for the disbursement of proceeds or profits
to a person in a position of authority in a trust or corporate entity that
holds the gaming machine licence; or
(b) an
agreement or arrangement on terms approved by the Commissioner.
