machines
Section 51—after subsection (4) insert:
(4a) The holder of a
gaming machine service licence or a person in a position of authority in a
trust or corporate entity that holds such a licence, or an approved gaming
machine technician for the holder of such a licence, must not, except as is
necessary for the purpose of carrying out his or her duties, operate a gaming
machine on any licensed premises.
Maximum penalty: $10 000 or imprisonment for 6 months.
