Regulation 22 of the Gas Regulations 1997 (as inserted by the Gas
Variation Regulations 2004 , Gazette 15.1.2004 p213 ) is to be taken to
have been made under section 37AC of the Gas Act 1997 for the purposes
of Part 3 Division 5 of that Act.
